These terms govern your use of our online store and any purchase you make from The Official Castle Combe Collection ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

About us and our products

The Official Castle Combe Collection sells gifts inspired by the village of Castle Combe. Most items are made to order by our print partner and produced once you order. 10% of every purchase is donated to Castle Combe Parish Council to help preserve the village and support its future.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or have permission from a parent or guardian) to place an order.

Orders and contract formation

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted, and a contract formed, when we send you an order confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order (for example, an item is unavailable or there was a pricing error), we will contact you and refund any payment taken.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and delivery charges are shown at checkout. We take payment at the time of order via our payment providers. We try to ensure prices are accurate but reserve the right to correct obvious errors.

Delivery

Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. As items are made to order, please allow for production time in addition to delivery time.

Your right to cancel and returns

Your statutory cancellation and return rights are set out in our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the Castle Combe designs, images, logos and text, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or used without permission.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights or our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses, arising from your use of the site or products.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
