Shipping policy

Made to order

Most items are printed and made to order especially for you. Please allow a production time of around 2 to 7 business days before your order is dispatched, in addition to the delivery time below.

UK delivery

Standard UK delivery is typically 3 to 5 business days after dispatch, with the delivery charge shown at checkout. We will email you tracking details where available.

International delivery

Where we ship outside the UK, delivery times and costs are shown at checkout. Any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are the customer's responsibility.

Delays

We aim to dispatch on time, but occasionally production or courier delays occur, especially during busy periods. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at castlecombeshop@gmail.com and we will help.

Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address at checkout, as we cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.
